Senior professionals with ten or more years in banking, aviation, telecommunications or energy, who can walk into a client's leadership meeting on week one and own the roadmap, the platform or the security posture. Based in Kuala Lumpur or Penang, with client site time as the engagement requires.
Backend, frontend, full-stack, mobile, data and AI / ML engineers
Mid-level and senior engineers with real production experience, ideally on high-concurrency consumer platforms or enterprise systems. Recruited to a defined capability slot in a client team, trained on the client's stack, and employed by the client with Webist as your manager.
